I can't think of a better car buying experience than purchasing my band's tour van through Seaview. I'm pretty skeptical of car salesman, but had a pretty refreshing experience at this car dealership. They treated me like a person were upfront about all of the costs, actually found something in my budget and helped me finance the vehicle at decent rate.

Thanks to Joe Jones we were able to get a pretty amazing, new vehicle we could rely on -- and it's still helping us get around the country years later with no breakdowns.

I love the no pressure sales I receive every time I buy from Seaview. It took me over 7 months to pull the trigger on a new '14 Seirra and never once did any of the sales team try to 'hard sell' me. Each time I stopped by for another look or test drive they greeted me with a smile and helped answer my questions. The guys even remembered my name! I have bought 6 trucks so far and I find no need to shop around. They have taken such great care of me and make the whole experience such a pleasure in a market I used to dread. Thanks for being a step above the rest! Class act all the way.

Wanted to buy a suv without dealing with typical sleezy dealer behavior. Even with half cash, and half financing preapproved, no dickering on price, they just couldn't help themselves from doing the usual--adding ridiculous nickel and dime charges, being rude(office person and manager). Bought there anyway, all dealers are the same. SUV is great!

It was kind of an emergency when my window would not roll up and I knew it was going to rain that night. I called and Tori was most helpful. Stating that even if they could not get to my Truck until tomorrow they would at least make sure it was indoor overnight. Everything went as planned the next day and I even had a minor recall taken care of while the truck was in for the Window Regulator. Great communication and service. Thanks Tori!

We had a great experience with Seaview GMC. We bought a used Toyota Sienna that we found online, and received great customer service from the online sales rep Joe. He answered all of my questions and had my vehicle ready for delivery upon our arrival. This dealership has a huge selection of new, used, and classic cars unlike any I've visited. Absolutely no pressure, I did most of my corresponding through email because I have dealt with other dealerships that harass customers for months after a simple inquiry on a vehicle. I drove all the way from Portland Oregon to purchase this vehicle and I am so glad we made the trip. Thanks Joe and everyone from Seaview GMC Buick for a painless experience.

I can't comment on purchasing a car here but the service department is friendly and very competent. They have helped me out of some binds with other dealers and kept the cost reasonable in the process. I have a broken door handle on my driver door but have been putting off fixing it. My service adviser came to me and told me about it and said they could fix it as they had the parts in stock. I told them no that I didn't have the time and that I knew it was like that. He said since it happened in their shop, (which it didn't) that they would replace it for the cost of the part only with no labor and they could have me out in 20 minutes. Of course I did it! It was totally unnecessary as I was just there for an oil change but Seaview went the extra mile to leave me completely satisfied. This isn't an isolated incident either, they are like that all the time. Will be coming back here for a long time and I highly recommend that if you are looking for a good service department for your GMC that you don't look any further.

I went in suspecting need of brake replacement and possible ignition repair, which coupled with my oil change service and was rather anticipating a heftier bill. The service crew checked the breaks and determined that there was still 75% life left and the "sticky ignition" issue was resolved with a new key cut via serial #. I was impressed by the honesty of simple service that kept my repair bill to an admirable minimum.

We had the detail special done on our Ford Explorer. It has not looked this good since the day we bought it brand new in 1996. They did a great job and I am amazed at how smooth the outside of the Explorer is. Unfortunately, I have to back it out of the garage in the snow to take my wife to her hair dresser this morning. The Saturn is covered in snow and we will leave the Cadillace CTS in the garage. I appreciated the shuttle service and Carlos did a fine job driving me back and forth to Seaview.

Purchased a CPO Suburban recently and could not have had a better experience. We went in knowing what vehicle we wanted, it was just a matter of coming to terms. The service rep actually listened to my concern about low tire pressure, which has been a concern every time I have come in, for almost as long as I bought the car from you. Finally, someone listened and told the car tech to put more than the recommended air pressure in the tires, since I'm always on the road an hour to get to you and the tires are hot by the time I arrive.

Sales guy was great. ( Allen ) Did not feel any pressure and thought I got a good deal. I still have to come back to get my door fixed, so we will see how that part goes.

Paul in service was great. It did not take very long. My car was thoroughly checked before work was done. I was unsure about the brake lights until it was checked. Just remain as friendly and helpful as your staff has been. It really helps to be treated this way when facing car repair. Thanks!

Fantastic, low pressure negotiations. Rob was very helpful as were everyone else along the way. Can't wait to get the details all wrapped up this Wednesday. The wife and daughter actually took the long way home just to enjoy the new vehicle experience even more. Both had big smiles when they came in the house. Got a big hug from the daughter also. I was Very Very Happy and Satisfied! I knew what I wanted they had it and it was the easiest fastest car buying at a dealership ever. Rob Pecina followed through on every other detail he said he would even weeks after I purchased. I will be back to purchase again!

Don't buy a car anywhere else!! Had a great time looking through there inventory and negotiating with the sales associates. They went out of their way to make sure i was happy and taken care of. I'm a first time buyer and went to a number of dealerships, Seaview GMC is a rare breed among hundreds of sub par competitors. Thanks for your help Seaview!

I just purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain from Seaview. I worked with them through USAA. They were fast, friendly and helpful. I explained exactly what I wanted and they found it. My wife loves her new car. They worked a great deal on my trade-in and their financing department saved me quite a bit on the APR. Our salesman Rob was awesome, he was very professional and helpful. My experience started with Joe Jones, we made telephone contact a couple of times. I then on a Saturday morning early (7AM) arrived at Seattle Sea-Tac. Joe was there to pick me up and take me to Seaview GMC! We arrived prior to the Dealership opened, we entered through a side door and there was the Cypress Green 1965 Chevy II Nova SS. I had a good look at the SS and then we had it put up on the hoist and looked under! Then off we went for a test ride, the rest is history as I bought the SS and had it shipped to it's new home at Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Other Seaview personnel were, Britta Olson, Leslie Foxx (Office Manager), Janis (in titles) and Paul Kosiba (Service) were all very personable and nice to deal with. Joe then returned me to Sea-Tac. We have had several phone calls and emails since that day!!!!!!

Russ was great to work with. Got the entire deal done via email. Was in and out of the dealership in an hour when taking delivery of the vehicle. Probably the easiest car buying experience I've had, highly recommend Seaview.

Was just shoping for a SUV and found some nice easy to deal with GOOD PEOPLE. Not over the top pressure filled phone calls and emails! All they wanted to do is help me find a vehicle! I WILL do business there.
